Originally from Mishawaka, Indiana, Dr. Creps graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991. He then went on to complete his residency in psychiatry at the Indiana University Medical Center, followed by his fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at Riley Children’s Hospital.

Aided by his expertise, he is board-certified in psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, child psychiatry, and addiction medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The AOBPN is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) who specialize in disorders of the nervous system (neurologists) and to qualified DOs who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders (psychiatrists).

Holding fellowship status, Dr. Creps is a Fellow of the American College of Neuropsychiatrists (FACN) and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA).

Moreover, he is a member of the Arizona Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association. He is also a past secretary of the Arizona Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Arizona Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
