As a dermatologist, what makes Dr. Pham stand out is his breadth of experience, training, and empathy that has served him well in patient care. His motto is to “always treat patients like how you would treat your family or yourself.”
Dr. Pham is currently serving patients at his own private practice – Prestige Dermatology – in Burleson, Texas. He and his staff at Prestige Dermatology aspire to – provide the best medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology treatment in the country; provide a friendly, caring, and professional office environment; treat each patient as they would treat their own family; and provide exceptional services with the highest integrity.
Dr. Pham grew up in the Houston and Galveston area, where he graduated early from high school at the age of 16 with Summa Cum Laude honors. He would go on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Science in biology and dual minor in chemistry and marketing. His medical career would eventually take him to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex to attend medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, where he was among the top of his class and held numerous leadership positions in school organizations. Before the start of his residency, Dr. Pham successfully completed a medical internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He would soon return to DFW to complete his dermatology residency training at his alma mater – the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. During the final year of his training, he served as the chief resident for the dermatology residency program.
Over the years, Dr. Pham has contributed numerous scholarly articles and patient presentations for local, state, and national dermatological organizations. He has also given back to the community by volunteering at numerous skin cancer screening events held throughout North Texas.
Along with treating patients, Dr. Pham continues to give lectures at the UNTHSC dermatology program, as well as to medical students, physician assistant students, and other physicians in training.
Dr. Pham holds professional memberships with several organizations including the DFW Dermatological Society, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the Texas Dermatological Society. He is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology (FAOCD) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD).
Dermatology is the branch of medicine dealing with the skin, nails, hair and its diseases. It is a specialty with both medical and surgical aspects. As a dermatologist, Dr. Pham specializes in treating conditions of the skin. Dermatological duties include taking consultations, providing screening tests, as well as undertaking non-invasive surgical procedures.
Dr. Pham, his wife, and children are pleased to make North Texas their home as all of the children were born in the DFW metroplex. In his free time, Dr. Pham enjoys spending time with his young children, playing basketball, and dining.
In addition to English, Dr. Pham speaks Spanish and Vietnamese.
