Whether it's a child's first visit to our office, or just a routine well-child checkup, she strives to make sure your child is always comfortable and informed.  We take the time to talk with parents to help you understand your child's need, and we equip parents with the knowledge necessary for promoting a lifetime of optimal health and wellness. 

Dr. Novy believes exceptional care is obtained when there is an on-going relationship between doctor and family.  She wants to be a lifelong partner in her patient's health.  She achieves this goal by listening to questions and concerns and educating parents on how to promote a healthy lifestyle for their entire family.  Family focused healthcare means being flexible to see patients when they need it and serving our patient needs from basic to complex, special needs.

Growing up in the Chicago area, Dr. Novy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona in 1992. She then attended medical school at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, graduating with her medical degree in 1996. This was followed by a residency in pediatrics at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Among her philanthropic endeavours, Dr. Novy loves Arizona Basset Hound Rescue.

Licensed to practice medicine in Arizona, she is affiliated with Banner Desert Medical Center, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults.
