Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It can be divided into two main categories - reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. A plastic surgeon’s primary responsibility is performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and they use a variety of reparative and reconstructive techniques to get the job done.
Despite his incredible history of successful surgeries and satisfied patients, and contributions to the medical profession in terms of publications and presentations, Dr. Schlechter remains quite humble. He answers all of his patients’ questions and explains what he is able to do to help them achieve their aesthetic goals using his compassion, artistry, and skill as a veteran plastic surgeon.
