What’s going on with my vagina?
It’s virtually impossible to be sure about a correct diagnosis, but you sound very uncomfortable and for that, I’m very sorry. But, I can give you some good tips until you get to a doctor, which I strongly recommend. If it’s a UTI ( urinary tract infection, bladder infection) Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate !! Many urinary problems are helped by increasing your fluid intake. It’s better to use cranberry juice ( because of its hippuric acid), and water, stay away from carbonated drinks and sugar-containing drinks, but do increase your liquids. As for the itching do you have an accompanying white curdy discharge from your vagina? Yeast infections usually, but not always, can cause itching. Have you recently taken antibiotics?? Antibiotics are notorious for causing yeast infections. And I don’t know if you are sexually active, if so, all bets are off. It’s time to see a doctor. You’re young and want to preserve your reproductive function. READ MORE
Am I pregnant
You say you carry the diagnosis of PCO/PCOS? And pregnancy test is negative? You have symptoms of pregnancy? This is consistent with PCO, and you need to see your doctor. You need to treat your PCO. READ MORE
No menses
Well, it sounds like you’ve got some excellent doctors who are caring for you appropriately. So if the treatment of your POC, T2DM and hypothyroidism is well treated, then all that’s left to you is to lose weight. Easier said than done, I’m aware, but it’s probably the most important part for you to consider. READ MORE
Spotting and bleeding?
Unfortunately, you have not given me enough data to answer your question properly. Is the “before my expected period” around the time of your previous menses? Is there a chance you are pregnant? Have your periods been regular? Is this the first time you have had the above described menses? I would be happy to answer your questions, if you would answer my questions. READ MORE

Vaginal issues?
My goodness, you do have a few problems. My sympathy is for you. You appear to be coping well. Just make sure you are seeing an Ob-Gyn, not a Family Practice or Primary Care doctor for these problems. Even if your practitioner is a woman that doesn’t mean she is an expert in gynecology. As a matter of fact that usually means she has only one frame of view herself. READ MORE
Medicine related problem?
Well, you have a very good question. The Provider that gave you the very complicated regime should answer the question. Frankly, it’s difficult to keep the regime the provider gave you straight in my mind. I lost track after the first 2 days. There are much simpler approaches to your problem. READ MORE

Pregnancy scare?
Difficult to answer with facts you supplied! If this was your first month on a COC ( combination birth control pill), then all bets are off and you need a pregnancy test. If you’ve been on the COC for awhile, it’s unlikely you’re pregnant. The pills provided days 22-28 are usually placebo pills. The decreased amount of blood is one of the benefits of being on a COC, lighter periods. BUT, when in doubt get a pregnancy test!! READ MORE
