Dr. Leonard Grossman is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Grossman is the inventor of Organic Plastic Surgery where everything to improve the function and aesthetics of the patient comes from the patient themselves. Dr Grossman uses the patient's own fat and stem cells to reduce the aging of the face by 20 to 30 years without any visible scars, the same method is used to enhance breasts, buttocks, calves and straighten bowed legs without any scarring.

Dr Grossman is one of the first plastic surgeons in the world to be using the technology of j-plasma also known as Renuvion which is used in skin and tissue tightening, frequently replacing tummy tucks with just a tiny 1/4 inch incision in the belly button where the abdominal muscles and tissues are tightened with superior results.

Even traditional tummy tucks performed differently in Dr Grossmans practice where the patients receive no drain tubes and have absolutely no postoperative pain and can frequently drive a car just a few days later. Patients who do not have enough fat for breast augmentation can receive a TUBA, also known as trans-umbilical breast augmentation which produces superior results with no visible scars and easier recovery.
