Pertaining to his educational background, Dr. Simoncini graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific – Western University of Health Sciences in 1990. He then went on to perform his internship at Detroit Osteopathic/Bi-County Community Hospital.
Furthering his education, he completed his residency in general surgery at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights Campus. This was followed by an additional residency in urologic surgery at Beaumont Hospital – Farmington Hills.
An expert in his field, Dr. Simoncini is board-certified in urology by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS).
