Dr. Isaac is a diligent family physician who is a part of Clifton Centreville Medical Associates in Centreville, Virginia. Over the years, he has worked with patients from all different walks of life, gaining valuable insight, lessons and experiences that have helped shape his patient care philosophy today.
“I treat my patients as though they are family or friends, providing them with the same time, dedication, and commitment as those closest to me. I will put your best health interests first, prioritizing your well-being and offering personal support and care. I believe in a patient-centric and holistic approach rather than a symptom-centric outlook. You are far more than a specific injury or chronic condition: you are a complex individual with health, lifestyle, emotional wellness, and other factors that must be weighed carefully as part of diagnosis and treatment to seek optimal results” expressed Dr. Isaac.
Having worked closely with surgeons, specialists, and other physicians, he knows that lasting results frequently stem from a combination of methods. Dr. Isaac wholeheartedly believes in the ability to listen carefully to each patient’s desires and to keep an open mind in evaluating ideas and treatments, employing new technologies and adapting to an innovative medical landscape. He finds that it is his obligation as a physician to keep up to date with advanced studies and methods.
Furthermore, seeing as how patient education is an essential facet of a patient’s well-being, Dr. Isaac believes when a patient understands their condition and treatment options, they can become more ready to gain control of their own health. His principal role is to provide each patient with as accurate information about their condition or diagnosis as possible. That includes helping to define treatment options, allowing them to make a more informed and educated decision on the state of their health. He believes that when daily comfort, functionality, and quality of life are at stake, a personalized approach to primary care can help improve a patient’s options and outcomes.
In regards to his educational background, Dr. Isaac graduated with his undergraduate degree from Cairo University and his medical degree from the Cairo University School of Medicine in Egypt. He then relocated to the United States, performing his internships at Lenox Hill Hospital and Christus St. Joseph Hospital, and his residency in family medicine at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Subsequent to his training, the doctor attained board certification in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.
