The answer to the question is that every case is different and needs to be evaluated based on difficulty. The average adult full mouth braces runs from 24-30 months. In some cases, it can be as little as 12 -18 months. Much of the timing is based on how far off is the bite or is it an aesthetic issue and the bite is relatively good.
