He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Salimi served as oral surgery clerk in the emergency clinic of the University of Maryland. While he was a student, he remained involved in serving the community as a volunteer in the emergency department of Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Salimi is an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Maryland Dental Association. He regularly attends major dental conferences to keep abreast of the latest procedures, materials, and technologies that he can apply to his practice. In his spare time, Dr. Salimi enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as swimming.
