A 1988 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Dr. Schutzman went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at Mercy Hospital in 1991. He then furthered his training with a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1994.
A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
