Farhana Latif, MD, works for the New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center, for the Cardiology division.  One of the premier hospitals of New York City, Dr. Latif's clinical interests include chronic heart failure, mechanical circulatory support therapy and cardiac transplantation.  In addition to working here, Dr. Latif is also an instructor of clinical medicine for Columbia's School of Medicine. She also conducts research on familial dilated cardiomyopathy and its effects on the heart.
