Dr. El-Attar then went on to receive his masters degree and eventually his Ph.D from the University of Cairo where he was granted the 'Special Award for the Highest Scores in Ph.D', class of 1962. He says his success has been achieved through his motto, pray to God and be truthful. Today, Dr. El-Attar practices internal medicine in Los Angeles, California.
