Tyson E. Green, DPM, has been putting his best foot forward at the Center for Orthopaedics in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  A graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine; he then completed a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Scott & White Memorial Hospital – University of Texas A&M Health Science Center in Temple, Texas.  Dr. Green’s areas of expertise include orthopedics, diabetic foot care, foot surgery, children's podiatry and arthritis.  In February of 2008, Dr. Green completed a mission trip to Mexico in general podiatric medical management and surgical repair of clubfoot and other congenital deformities in an indigent population.  A national and international speaker, Dr. Green attributes his success to his excellent training.
