Peter N. Ove, MD, received his medical degree in 1982 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine followed by an internship in 1983 and residency in 1988 at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. Since beginning his career, Dr. Ove has become a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Mary St. Medical Society, the Maryland Orthopedics Medical Associates and the Anne Arundel County Medical Society. He is an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Herbert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland; also, Ove won the Patients Choice Award in 2010. Today the doctor practices orthopaedic surgery at the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Center in Annapolis, Maryland.
