Wendell J. Bulmer, DO, is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon in both New York and Florida. Dr. Bulmer received his medical degree in 1988 from the University of New England 's College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME. He went on to complete his internship and residency at Peninsula Hospital of Queens, NY, the Cabrini Medical Center of New York City and the St. Barnabas Hospital of the Bronx, NY. He has worked as an Associate Professor to the General Orthopedics Nursing program at Florida Keys Community College which is where he also served as the Chief of Surgery for the Lower Keys Medical Center. Today he practices orthopaedics at the Nucci Spine Institute in Tampa, Florida.
