Upon completion of his degree, Dr. Mikolajczack completed his residencies in sports medicine at Hamot Medical Center and Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania, Level 1 trauma at St. Vincent's Hospital, pediatric orthopaedic at Dupont Institute and Peninsula General Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. Since beginning his successful career, Mikolajczack has become a member of the American Osteopathic Orthopaedic Academy, Southern Orthopedic Associates and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
