Michael R. Mikolajczak, DO, obtained his medical degree in 1987 from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. Upon completion of his degree, Dr. Mikolajczack completed his residencies in sports medicine at Hamot Medical Center and Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania, Level 1 trauma at St. Vincent's Hospital, pediatric orthopaedic at Dupont Institute and Peninsula General Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York.
