Why are my eyes sore after contacts?
It could be a number of reasons. Some people overuse their contacts, wear them for longer than they should (long hours during the day >12-14 or wear the same lens for a few months when they should be changed after 1 month). It could also be a lack of producing quality tears so the eye surface is too dry. It could also be the contact lenses themselves. Some contacts are more comfortable than others. It a perfect world all patients would use daily contact lenses. READ MORE

Why is my vision blurry only sometimes?
Some people have difficulty focusing at different distances. It could also be due to astigmatism, which is where the surface of your eye, the cornea is not round and smooth like a ball. With astigmatism you can still see things but they may not be in focus/clear. If it has been a while it may be time to see an eye doctor to see why the vision is the way it is. When we are younger our eyes can compensate for a lot and as we get older it cannot do as much, which could also be why things bother you now when it did not in the past. Depending on the condition that is causing this issue you may or may not be able to stop it. Sometimes it may be time to get a glasses prescription if that is what it takes. READ MORE
