Get to know Neuroradiologist Dr. R. Scott Rosenblum.
A determined neuroradiologist, Dr. Rosenblum sees patients through teleradiology throughout the USA. His special interests include sports medicine MRI and vertebral body augmentation (kyphoplasty).
He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at St. Joseph’s Hospital in 1997. He was subsequently awarded the Callendar Binford Fellowship in neuroradiology at Armed Forces Institute of Pathology/Johns Hopkins University in 2000.
Passionate about his profession and about improving doctors diagnosis, he was a pioneer and lectured on applying computer aided diagnosis, and lectured on this and topics as well as Neuroradiology and Sports Medicine MRI at Johns Hopkins, Ivy league universities, AFIP Neuroradiology Categorical course, and AFIP course for all US and some international radiology residents. He is a fan of implementing AI in medicine and has a pet project in the works.
Referred to as a “visionary…and was a source of inspiration and encouragement” a former president of the American Society of Neuroradiology, Dr. Ann Osborn.
Among his most notable achievements, Dr. Rosenblum has been the recipient of the Top Doctors Award for 5 years running (2019-2023), Calendar Binford Fellowship in Neuroradiology at AFIP/Johns Hopkins 2000 and has published articles on Neuroradiology in peer reviewed journals.
