Over fifteen years ago, when all other so-called 'doctors' had written me off as wheelchair bound, Dr. West agreed to see me. After a good fifteen minutes of asking questions and doing in-office assessments (reflex, etc), he asked me to do one thing: stop eating wheat. It was the hardest thing I'd ever done, as it meant an entire lifestyle change, but I managed to eliminate wheat from my diet. And a month later, I was walking with just a cane. The wheat gluten was aggravating my joints. Getting off wheat got me out of the wheelchair. He was the ONLY doctor in almost four years who had listened to me as a person, and not as a medical number for billing purposes. And he was the only doctor to 'cure' me. To this day, he has kept a close eye on my health, in all aspects. And I know I'm not the only patient he does this for. So when he's running late, I know he's giving another patient needed care, and I don't mind. I will keep him as my family doctor for as long as he is in the area, and I have nothing but good to say of him.

Dr. West, You used to be my favorite, but today you really let me down! How can a doctor miss an appointment with a patient? Also I am also very unhappy with the wait time, but this takes "the cake" Next time I have an appointment with you I would like you to be there and to have it on time. You need to reorganize your schedules please.
