Dr. Loutfi is a leading neurologist who offers neurological services for adults at Northern Virginia Neurology in Woodbridge, Virginia. Specializing in neurology with sub-specialty in neurophysiology, some of the services that he offers include: electroencephalogram services, nerve conduction study and electromyography, as well as Botox treatment for migraine patients.

With over two decades of experience in his field, Dr. Loutfi is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high-quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists. 

His acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from the University of Damascus, Faculty of Medicine in 2000. Upon relocating to the United States, he went on to complete his internship in internal medicine and his residency in neurology at the University of South Alabama. Thereafter, he completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Vanderbilt University.

To date, the doctor remains a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society.
