Typically you need to use drops more than 4 times a day so preservative free are preferred but if your doctor is prescribing them only 4 or fewer times per day then you could use those with preservative. READ MORE

Is myasthenia gravis ok with blood thinners?
I am not aware of any contraindications with any blood thinners and myasthenia gravis but you should ask the doctor prescribing the blood thinner. This is unlikely to be an eye doctor as this is not our area of expertise. READ MORE
