Dr. Flores utilizes a unique blend of current and past experiences in his care for his patients. These include being an active musician in Amarillo, being a past music educator for middle school and high school students, taking a culinary course specifically for medical professionals, training competitively in several outdoor sports, and training under world renown Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine specialists. Using these and other experiences, Dr. Flores implements the Osteopathic Tenets of the mind, body, and spirit in the care of his patients. He has also subsequently accrued expertise in using Osteopathic Manipulation for acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Since graduating, Dr.Flores has and continues to undergo advanced training to further his knowledge and expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, and he remains a distinguished member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Family Medicine, the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association. Since graduating, he has and continues to undergo advanced training to further his knowledge and expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care. Dr. Flores is currently active in multiple state and national committees within several of these organizations and is a strong advocate for the care of both physicians and patients alike. Dr. Flores has dedicated his life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate care, and he strives to provide the best outcomes possible. He is also affiliated with Baptist Saint Anthony's Hospital and Northwest Texas Hospital, both in Amarillo.
