He then relocated to the United States, and wanting to further his training he then completed his Child Psychiatrist fellowship with the Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Morales-Galarreta is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. To stay up to date in his field, he remains a professional member of the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, American Academy of Child Psychiatry, and the American Analytical Association. Dr. Morales-Galarreta currently practices as a Faculty Member and Training & Supervising Analyst in Adult and Child Psychoanalysis with the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, and is affiliated with the SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital where he holds an expertise in Psychoanalyst, Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.
