As a board-certified periodontist, Dr. Soltani works with patients at her private practice – Soltani Periodontics & Implant Dentistry – in Crest Hill, Illinois. Her constant goal in her entire practice in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry has been providing the best treatment to her patients. Integrating the latest technology with a thorough and gentle clinical exam, and implementing treatment in a very nice, caring and pleasant atmosphere have been constants in her practice. Patients’ satisfaction is her priority in her career.

Before embarking on her professional journey, she finished dental school in 1999, and graduated from the Advanced Education Program in Periodontics from the National University of Iran in 2004. From there, she started her first private practice as a periodontist and worked in Tehran from 2004 through 2012.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Dr. Soltani was able to obtain her Preceptorship in Advanced Implantology from UCLA in 2013. Thereafter, she moved to New York City in 2013 and continued her education in the Advanced Program in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the New York University College of Dentistry, completing the program in 2016 and serving on the faculty for the next 2 years.

Recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, she completed a fellowship in Advanced Laser Dentistry (LANAP) in 2021. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Midwest Society of Periodontology, the Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, The Pinhole Academy, SMART Clinician Group and the Will County Dental Society.

Periodontics is the dental specialty focusing exclusively on the inflammatory disease that destroys the gingiva (soft tissue) and other supporting structures around the teeth. A periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, gingival recession, advanced reconstruction surgical procedures in implant dentistry, cosmetic and functional procedures to enhance patients oral health and function and to reconstruct a beautiful and healthy smile. Dr Soltani is a certified in “Fully Guided Full Arch Immediate Implant Reconstruction (All-on-X)”, Piko’s Institute Alumni. She is also Certified in Minimally Invasive Tissue Graft (Pinhole Surgical Technique) as well as Certified in S.M.A.R.T (Sub Periosteal Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Ridge Augmentation).

In her spare time, she spends time with family and friends. Traveling and getting to know other cultures, hiking, exploring nature, running, reading books, listening to classical music, and watching movies are her favorite hobbies. She was a New York City Marathon finisher in 2017.
