He received his degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1977, followed by an internship at Charleston Area Medical Center and residency at the Harvard University, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Institute. Dr. Minardi is affiliated with St. Francis Hospital, and is a member of the International Society of Refractive Surgeons and the West Virginia Medical Association. Currently on the Faculty of the I-O Lab, he attributes his success to having great hands, compassion, and showing quality care.
