How can I help my sister control her sudden bursts of anger?
There are a number of things that could be causing her irritability and rage. It would be best to have her seen by a psychiatrist who can do an evaluation and recommend treatment. She might be bipolar and need medication. She might need anger management. There are other possibilities as well.
