William T. Cullen, MD, FACS, works at Elite Plastic Surgery Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The practice performs common aesthetic and reconstructive procedures on the breast, body, skin and face.  Laser treatments are also offered for vein and hair removal purposes.  Dr. Cullen specializes in reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, as well as hand microsurgery.  He has taught plastic surgery residents at the University of Utah, where he completed his fellowship.  Dr. Cullen is also an Assistant Professor in the Surgical Department of Michigan State's Medical School.  In his travels, he has completed medical mission trips to Latin America.
