An outstanding cardiologist with excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humor is how most of Dr. Daum’s patients describe him. He works at Cardiology Consultants of Southwest Florida & The Vein Center in Fort Myers, Florida.

Weill Medical College of Cornell University, Dr. Daum completed an internship in internal medicine and residency at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, where he served as Chief Medical Resident of Houston Methodist Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, and earned a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University.
As a testament to his success, he is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Holding fellowship status, Dr. Daum is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP).
