Frank Traficante, DDS, practices at Oak Harbor Pediatric Dentistry in Oak Harbor, Washington; a 2 dentist practice.  Dr. Traficante has had a career that has spanned all parts of the globe due to his service in the United States Navy Dental Corps for over 27 years, culminating in the rank of Captain.  His travels took him to Japan, Iceland, the Philippines, and places all over the United States.  Dr. Traficante was published in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Journal in 2010 with an article on fluoride content in infant formula.  He holds faculty positions at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry as an Associate Professor.  In the past, he was Director of the Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry, also at Loma Linda.  When not at his practice, Dr. Traficante can also be found practicing at Island Hospital in Anacortes, Washington.
