Timothy F. Kolda, MD, is currently the President of Clinical Pathology Associates in Austin, Texas. An expert in dermatopathology, Dr. Kolda is also certified in anatomic and clinical pathologies. Dr. Kolda is perhaps most known for his establishment of a HIPAA-approved community health record (CHR) with the Austin Radiological Association.
