Ramin Berenji, MD, is practicing at Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in El Centro, California.  Educated in Germany, he then relocated to the United States for a special nephrology fellowship at Stanford. Dr. Berenji is also an educator; teaching at El Centro's Imperial Valley College since 1998.  He has also had positions at St. Luke's Medical Center and the University of Hamburg in Germany, where he received his original MD.  He also founded the continuing medical education program at El Centro.  In the top 10% of his graduating class at med school, he is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Diplomate of the American Board of Medicine.
