After completing his medical degree at Rasturba Medical College, Rajesh Nambiar, MD, and his family moved to Illinois where he completed his training. He attended what was previously known as Cook County Hospital for both his internship, and residency; now Stroger Hospital. He served as Chief Resident at Cook County, and while completing his fellowship at Rush University Medical Center served as Chief Fellow. His success in the medical field while training helped Dr. Nambiar to receive a job offer in Texas at The Amarillo Heart Group.
