With over 31 years of experience in general anesthesia, Dr. LaFleur currently serves patients at Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY. ; Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, Johnstown, PA; and Inderish Hospital, Dehradun, India.

Educated at Tufts Medical School, Dr. LaFleur completed an internship at St. Lukeâ??s Roosevelt Hospital, a residency at St. Vincentâ??s Hospital, and a fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesia and is a professional member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, New York State Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Medical Society of the State of New York.

Dr. LaFleur attributes her success to hard work, dedication, and her love of caring for people.

She is a Founding Member and CEO of Medical Diplomats International,  a  nonprofit set up to interact with medical  professionals  abroad and to provide surgical care to the underserved and impoverished.
