Gerti J. Janss, MD, maintains her own practice in Rapid City, South Dakota since 1983, The Allergy Clinic. Dr. Janss, being the only board certified toxicologist in the area, has been very successful in her career for the past 41 years; teaching the first paramedics in Rapid City and organizing the emergency room. Dr. Janss also started Rapid City's Poison Control Center, which focuses on Clinical Toxicology. Dr. Janss has three American Board Certifications, being in Emergency Medicine, Toxicology, and Disability Analysts; as well as being a member of associations in her medical field. Dr. Janss is a passionate doctor and each year travels to the National Allergy Convention to stay up to date on the latest technology and treatment for her patients.
