Greg K. Bixby, DDS, FIAO, FICD, maintains his own practice in Salida, Colorado.  A dedicated innovator in dentistry, Dr. Bixby has fully immersed himself in the field.  Dr. Bixby has pushed his educational boundaries by staying up-to-date with with over 6,000 hours of post-graduate dentistry education for TMJ and sleep disorders.  His clinical interest of cranial facial pain and jaw orthopedics are expressed in his fellowships with the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics, International Association for Orthodontics, American Board of Craniofacial Pain; which he is also a Diplomate, and the  International College of Dentists.  Dr. Bixby is also a founding member of the Inter-Mountain Dental Association; as well as an instructor. He has lectured extensively at many national and international meetings for other doctors on orthodontics, TMJ disorder, prosthodontics, advanced restorative techniques and implants, neuromuscular dentistry and bite registration.
