MDD due to possible ivermectin overdose?
If you have seen a medical expert and have normal labs and physical you likely need an SRNI or possibly need to add buproprion to the lexapro . Thirty treatments of TMS is usually effective with the antidepressant so you may need to switch antidepressants. I would not be pessimistic as there are many alternatives for treating depression than the one you have tried. Also what other medications are you on or are you using alcohol or cannabis as these can diminish the efficacy of you antidepressant treatment. READ MORE

Have you been checked for migraine headaches? What dose of abilify are you on and have you been checked for side effects by your current prescriber? Are you using any alcohol or cannabis or other drugs and what other medications are you on? Is there a family history of diabetes or substance use problems? The more you can let a skilled medical or psychiatric provider know what all is going on with you the more likely they can help you. If you do use alcohol at times too much please let your provider know or go to a good internist for a more complete assessment and please let them know all the details of you health conditions .
