• As a facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Sami has fine-tuned her skills in cosmetic procedures that can unveil and highlight the inner beauty of her patients. She skillfully combines a woman?s perspective with a keen surgical eye to detail and safety. The end result is aesthetically pleasing and attractive and unique to each of her patients."My philosophy is to help my patients recognize and achieve the symmetry that they aspire to it, be it in form or function. This I believe is the crux of what one strives to achieve as an oculoplastic surgeon. • Dr. Sami is on the clinical and teaching faculty at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas and at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. In this capacity, she mentors and trains residents and fellows from multiple Houston programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Houston and University of Texas Galveston, from specialties including ophthalmology, plastic surgery and otolaryngology.Dr. Sami is highly active in the medical and surgical community, being invited as a guest lecturer to local and national meetings and is devoted to engineering advancements in her field.
