Michel Okitapoy On'okoko, MD, MSc, currently is a neuropsychiatrist serving the Quebec providence of Canada. Dr. On'okoko is well-versed in his field of medicine, having over 30 years of experience. Earlier in his career, Dr. On'okoko maintained the position of Head of Mental Health and Social Welfare Services at the United Nations for the accused of 1994 Rwandan genocide at the international criminal tribunal of Rwanda, Arusha.
