  • I have a pain in my neck every morning. Can you tell me what could it be?

    Usually, pain in the mornings worst case could be some sort of disc involvement but also depends on the type of pain you are experiencing (burning, numbness/tingling, radiating, shooting, etc.). IMO it does not mean there is a herniated disc, but the muscles could be guarding (tighten around the area) to protect from more damage/pain. It also could be simply from the way you are sleeping and the type of pillow you use. There is really no way of telling without having an assessment done. Go see a therapist (PT/Chiro/Massage) and, if need be, your primary. READ MORE
