Hisanori Hasegawa, MD, maintains a position within the Aleda E. Lutz Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. He is a full time staff neurology consultant and clinical academic epileptologist with extensive knowledge in general neurology, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury. Dr. Hasegawa also tends to patients at Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe and conducts public lectures in his spare time. With over 30 years of experience his clinical interests include electroencephalography, temporal lobe epilepsy, evoked potentials, and frontal lobe epilepsy. Trained at the University of Wisconsin, he is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is an advocate for continued education; being a member of both the American Academy of Neurology and American Epilepsy Society.
