Frederick Hausheer, MD, PhD, FACP, is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals Inc., which he established to discover and develop innovative oncology drugs by merging medicine, quantum and statistical mechanics, pharmaceutical development and supercomputing. Based in San Antonio, Texas, BioNumerik is focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of novel drugs for the treatment of cancer and cancer supportive care. Dr. Hausheer is a recognized expert in drug discovery, pharmacology, clinical drug development, pharmaceutical application software; as well as supercomputing development. He was educated and trained at the University of Missouri and conducted his fellowship in medical oncology at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University. Certified in medical oncology from the esteemed American Board of Internal Medicine, he is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and speaks around the globe at universities, conferences, and meetings as well.
