A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Edgardo S. Santos, MD, FACP, is a well reputed oncologist currently serving in multiple roles in the state of Florida. He is an Affiliate Associate Professor of Biomedical Clinical Medicine at Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University, as well as Medical Director of Cancer Research at Lynn Cancer Institute in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Santos serves as an oncologist in the thoracic and head and neck cancer programs of the Lynn Cancer Center at Boca Raton Regional Hospital as well. He is further affiliated with Bethesda Hospitals and Delray Medical Center in his spare time. Dr. Santos is responsible for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of various types of malignancies, which includes therapy, palliative care, pathology of cancer in a person, as well as screening.
