I have been a proud member of the Baton Rouge Medical community and The NeuroMedical Center Staff for over 14 years. My practice encompasses general Neurosurgery with special emphasis on Brain Tumors, Pituitary Tumors, and Trigeminal Neuralgia.  My practice also includes Anueuysm and Skull-base Surgery as well as General and Complex Spinal Surgery. My practice philosophy has always been centered the Patient's well-being as a whole.

He is a highly-trained and qualified neurosurgeon who has been practicing for over 14 years and is currently serving patients at The NeuroMedical Center Clinic located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Center encompasses the region’s largest, most trusted team of experts for conditions pertaining to the brain, spine and nervous system. Furthermore, Dr. Corsten remains affiliated with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Baton Rouge General Hospital.
