Recurrence of breast cancer depends on many factors such as tumor size, surgical margins, and type of treatment after surgery. I'm afraid it is hard to be precise about recurrence without additional information. Can cancer cause depression symptoms?
Depression is common in cancer regardless of the type of treatment given. It is estimated that eighty percent of cancer patients will experience depression type symptoms sometime during the treatment course. Depression can even occur after the completion of treatment. READ MORE

For a breast cancer case, is a surgery done first or is the chemotherapy started first?
There is no distinct benefit of receiving chemotherapy before surgery as opposed to chemotherapy after surgery. Chemotherapy before surgery will make the tumor more easily resectable(assuming that the tumor responds to chemotherapy). This is reserved for women who want breast sparing surgery (not a mastectomy). Chemotherapy before surgery can afford this reduction in the tumor, but has no different outcome when compared to chemotherapy given after surgery. READ MORE
