Why is my intimate area itchy after rough intercourse?
rough intercourse can lead to abrasions or skin breakdown If lubrication is inadequate. These abrasions are similar to skin burns that will take time to heal and may lead to this pain and itching until healed. Another thing that could happen is the activation of dormant herpes infections. The labia minora might also be pulled during intercourse leading to discomfort. Hope this is useful, and no need to use yeast medicine, it is not helpful unless you have a yeast infection. The most effective method to prevent this is to ensure you have no allergy to latex, use a lubricant, as well well as better foreplay to avoid this problem. If not better, then see someone so they can take a look at your private area and ensure no anatomical issues are in the way. READ MORE
Am I pregnant or just depressed?
Hello: did you mean 10/24, not 11/24? You need to get a urine pregnancy test and if positive then get to your OB ASAP to get your BP and the plans for the pregnancy in place. I'm bleeding blood clots?
normally irregular bleeding has to be investigated. A pap smear, a pelvic examination, as well as hormonal blood testing to ensure no issues with ovarian function and R/O abnormality. yes, it is safe but why not be on something to alleviate your fears? You know we have good methods and for someone who is losing weight, an IUD or Nexplanon would be the best until your weight is stable and then you can decide the next step since you are at high risk for pregnancy because of the improvement of the insulin resistance with the weight loss hence the better ovulation. Pain while urinating and during sex?
You have 3 main issues that are all related. As we age, there is a decrease in the hormones and imbalance because of the reduced ovarian function leading to an imbalance in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. This would lead to vaginal atrophy and the areas around it becomes if you will be dehydrated, and the urethra becomes shorted and exposed to picking bacteria from the vaginal area. My advice is to go to a doctor and get examined and then correct the estrogen and you will start to feel a lot better. I am not sure about the cervical cancer concern without a history of cervical cancer, but this also should be covered with the examination. READ MORE

My first Botox treatment What a truly wonderful experience. No pain what so ever..... I thought only the rich and famous had Botox treatments. Doctor Mona did my procedure and it took less than 15 minutes. Dr. Mona is very professional and always listens to my concerns. I am going to schedule more Botox treatments. I am so excited about this. I dont want to look 21 again but I am all about aging gracefully. Thank you Doctor Mona for everything you do.

Dr Mona is totally inconsistent. Lacks Common sense is flighty does not follow through I is just very very strange She will prescribe a med one time and for no reason drop the dosage by 60 per cent without even letting you know. We call her dr lunatic
