Bradley M. Smith, MD, is a dedicated and passionate family practitioner with over 32 years of experience in his field. He currently works in several positions across California, including CEO/President and owner of Immediate Care Medical Center Inc in Chico, Orland, and Paradise, California, since 1984. The Center is a Walk-in Medical Clinic providing care for minor medical emergencies, injuries and lacerations, as well as routine care of problems needing immediate attention when a PCP is not available. Since 2007, Dr. Smith is the owner and medical director of Urban Medspa Inc, also in Chico, which is a MedSpa specializing in Fraxel Laser, Intense Pulsed Light, Therage, Botox and Juvederm Injection treatments, Laser Hair Removal and Chemical Peels. Skin consultations by licensed aestheticians performing microdermabrasion and custom facials are available as well. Furthermore, in 2013 Dr. Smith launched Premiere Primary Care in Chico, California, which was built from the ground up as an attempt to create an entity to attract more primary care providers to the area. ”From conceptualization to organization and entry into active practice it has been a struggle, but in just 6 months we have added 3 new practitioners to the local area”, says Dr. Smith.

Thereafter, he went on to complete his internship and residency at the University of California, Davis.
Attributing his success to hard work, the doctor is passionate about and driven to create organizations that facilitate cost-effective health and wellness and, at the same time, emphasize strong social consciousness, excellent patient care, and ready access to urgent care and primary care.
