Ibuprofen overdose
Your symptoms fit well with Ibuprofen side effects. If you are comfortable with it, stop taking Ibuprofen and see if the symptoms do not disapear. If not, you will need to get a gastroscopy done to see if you have gotten an ulcer. On the other hand, you could also get a prescription for 40 mg. pantoprazole and take one daily for 3 months. How do you know that you have an enlarged liver and spleen? You have likely been scanned, either ultrasound, CAT or MRI. In any case, the referring doctor is the one to talk to about "Now what?" Pregnant without sex
This is one of the most absurd questions I have seen on FATD. Although theoretically possible, it would have to happen by sitting with your labia on the edge of the toilet seat where a man very recently ejacualated, and then insert a finger up your vagina and move it around up there. Sounds crazy? Definately.! Not at all likely for it to work even under this theoretical scenario. READ MORE
Cat Scratch
It is theoretically possible, but extremely unlikely. It would entail the cat being rabid, for one, and the introduction of the animal's salive in the wound, which is not that unlikely. Too bad you are not in my neck of the woods. If so, I could fix that for you. Try to find a low level laser therapist in your vicinity. That would be the solution to your issue. When your propranolol intake is as modest as you write, there is no need to worry about foods that you eat. Unless, of course, you eat copious amounts of those foods you mention, in which case you could obviously reduce the amount that you take in. READ MORE

You should get your Hb1AC checked. 8.1 after a meail is quite normal. Who discovered your insulin resistance? It could be a false positive. READ MORE

I wonder what you mean. The picture shows what looks like normal mucous membrane. Red dots? You need to be more specific and illustrate the issue. You should see a doctor regarding the combination of symptoms that you have. READ MORE

Threw up a pill
This sounds rather complex. You write that you did not take a white oval pill today, but that you threw one up. That must mean one of three things: either your system has completely stopped and you have retention in your stomach combined with extreme low stomach acidity, in which case you belong in an acute medical ward (but if you are feeling no discomfiture, don't worry about it), or your memory of what you have ingested is off, or someone sneaked one of those pills in something you swallowed, porridge for example. If you are feeling sick, you should consult the ER. If you are feeling OK, chalk it up to Murphy is lurking and shit happens. READ MORE

Not to worry if the swelling and pain go down after a few days, If not, you should see your doctor, and if s/he doesn\t know about serious symptoms coming from spider bites, you should ask him or her to look at the material you have brought with you having looked it up on Google before going.
