Robert Joseph Schanzer, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is currently on staff at Advanced Cardiovascular Medicine located in Edison, New Jersey. Dr. Schanzer completed an extensive education from the esteemed Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1995, continuing on to complete several post-graduate programs. Dr. Schanzer attended Mt. Sinai Hospital for both his internship and residency, and New York University for his fellowship. Approximately 20 years later and Dr. Schanzer is a multi-certified cardiologist with the American Board of Internal Medicine; specializing in interventional cardiology, cardiology, and internal medicine. In his spare time he is an attending physician at local medical facilities and teaches residents.
